Hi! I'm a young newlywed following my dream of creating and teaching art! I grew up in the Douglasville, GA area and have lived in the Marietta/ Kennesaw area since 2020. I did a lot of different kinds of visual and multi-media art as a teenager, but fell out of it as I grew into adulthood. I majored in Neuroscience at Georgia Tech for one semester before switching schools and fields to education... then finally I landed on psychology. I got my bachelor's from Kennesaw State - did a master's program in data analytics for 2 terms and worked full-time as a data analyst. Then decided I wanted to go back towards teaching and childcare since that's what I'm actually passionate about - and I've landed here! I'm a nanny to the sweetest and smartest 2 year old girl and started actually getting everything together for Blossom's Creative Corner in December 2025! My passions in life have always been making art and teaching, so Blossom's Creative Corner is my way of combining those! I hope to spread the kind of happiness and positivity that I strive to uphold in my everyday life. Blossom's Creative Corner is about community, creativity, joy, and happiness! Our goal is to allow everyone to understand that they are an artist too! Art is for everyone - and all art is beautiful. You'll hear me saying those through some of my classes when students begin feeling down on themselves or their art. Comparison is the thief of joy, and art is meant to be expressive and personal - not rigid or harsh. We are hear to remind you of that!
